Our Story
CarePro was born from love, responsibility and a deeply personal understanding of what it means to care for ageing parents. Like many families, our founders, siblings Monique and Mark Hassell, found themselves searching for senior care that felt trustworthy, consistent and truly compassionate, care they could feel confident in when it mattered most.
What they discovered was a gap between what families hope for and what is often available. That experience became the beginning of CarePro, a care service shaped by empathy, respect and the belief that every senior deserves to be treated with dignity, warmth and genuine human connection.
